Diversified compilation publication on the environment
Statistics Finland's fresh publication Environment Statistics Yearbook 2012 contains statistical data on all themes related to our living environment. It is a collection of statistics describing the effects from human activities on the environment and the actions society has taken to protect it. The Yearbook is in two languages, Finnish and English.
The topics covered in this 218-page publication include greenhouse gas emissions, burdening and condition of waters, waste, total material requirement, transport, energy, environmental protection expenditure and European attitudes of environmental issues. The Yearbook contains information based on the latest data on Finland as well as international comparison data.
The Yearbook is accompanied by a CD-ROM containing the publication?s statistical data as Excel tables and figures in PDF format. The CD-ROM is also in Finnish and English.
