Statistics Finland has started a new Working Papers publication series. The series comprises surveys, studies and reports related to statistics compilation and quality, concepts and methods of statistics.
The Working Papers series is directed to Finnish and international statistical and scientific communities and users of statistical data. The texts are published on Statistics Finland's website free of charge in Finnish, Swedish or English.
The first publication of the series is a study by Veli-Matti Törmälehto, Olli Kannas and Markku Säylä entitled "Integrated measurement of household-level income, wealth and non-monetary well-being in Finland".
The study concerns the problem setting of households' wealth survey by opening the concepts and methods of the wealth survey. In addition, it presents the AROPE rate describing people at risk of poverty or social exclusion.
