The data collected on Statistical appendix (TILKES) forms comprise: itemisation of income and expenses, itemisation of financial income and expenses, increases and decreases of fixed assets, itemisation of balance sheet.

Statistics Finland requests data providers to deliver the completed questionnaire and copies of the Tax Administration's forms 6A ,6B or 5 also 62, and copies of the annual report and the official financial statement.
