Data:	Latest release: Building costs went up by one per cent year-on-year in March 15 Apr 2013 Building costs were one per cent higher in March 2013 than in March 2012. The prices of labour inputs in construction went down by 0.4 per cent and the prices of materials and of other inputs went up by 1.7 per cent from one year ago. This is indicated by Statistics Finland's Building Cost Index 2010=100. Next release: 14 May 2013

Change:	The base year change of the Building Cost Index is postponed 17 Feb 2011 Contrary to previous information the Building Cost Index will be released with the base year 2005=100 on 17 February 2011.
