The Library of Statistics' user support service provides assistance to those needing information on the use of Eurostat's data: it gives advice on the content and technical questions on Eurostat's publications and statistical databases.
Eurostat's online databases are in self-service use via Eurostat's web pages free of charge. Nearly all Eurostat's publications can be saved free in pdf format from Eurostat's pages.
The Library of Statistics provides support to independent information search. Eurostat's printed and electronic materials are for customer use in its premises. If necessary, the services of the ESDS centre in Luxembourg are also available.
The Library of Statistics, tel. +358 9 1734 2221, replies to inquiries during opening hours, on weekdays between 8 am and 4.15 pm (Finnish time). The Library of Statistics can also be contacted by email esds@stat.fi, telefax, with the Ask the EU Information specialist web form and via Eurostat's user support service, in which case answers to inquiries will be given immediately or within the next working day at the latest.
