(1) The State Treasury has chosen to use a flexibility option for the timeliness of the central government operations data.
(2) The content of series Credit to euro area general government and Credit to other euro area residents have been changed to correspond with the ECB's definition.
(3) Claims on Monetary Financial Institutions are included in claims on the non-government sector. Central bank credit to non-financial public enterprises
is not disseminated separately since it is a small and diminishing item of the balance sheet, which is not considered analytically useful.
It represented approximately 10 percent of total central bank credit at end 2005.
 (4) The market for short-term government securities in Finland is very thin and reliable quotations (e.g. 3 months) are not available on a daily basis.
Therefore daily data for short-term government security rates are not disseminated since they are considered not relevant for Finland
