Get to know your teacher: Ilkka Lehtinen

Ilkka Lehtinen graduated as Master of Social Sciences at the University of Helsinki in 1975. He joined Statistics Finland in March 1976. Since the beginning of 1980, Ilkka has held various planning and development positions in price statistics. He has also lectured at universities and at other educational institutions on subjects related to indices, prices and rents. Since 1992, Ilkka has been involved in both EU and Ministry for Foreign Affairs joint projects on price statistics with statistical agencies in Russia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovenia, Macedonia and Albania. |
