Paavo describes differences between areas

Statistics Finland's free-of-charge Paavo service provides information by Finnish postal code, for example, on where people's income is highest or lowest, where dwellings are biggest or which areas have most families with children. The data of the service have just been updated.

Paavo - Open data by postal code area contains diversified statistical and map data by postal code area. The data can be used for decision-making and planning or for learning more about your area of residence.

Paavo's statistical data contain information on the areas' population structure, degree of education, income of the inhabitants and households, size of households and life stage, buildings and dwellings, workplaces, and main activities of the inhabitants. New data are updated to the service annually in January.
