A block of rooms has been reserved for the seminar participants from the Sokos Hotel Vaakuna and the Hotelli Cumulus. Reservations are done with an id "XML 2005", and they are valid up-to February 1st, 2005.

Registration starts in January 14th, 2005.

Early registration is due January 29th, standard registration due February 11th, and late registration due February 18th, 2005.

Early registration fee for XML Finland members is 300 € and for non-members 400 €.

Standard registration fee for XML Finland members is 350 € and for non-members 450 €.

For late registration, add 50 € to the standard fees (400 € for members and 500 € for non-members).

Please note, that speakers may reduce 50% of the registration fee.

Registration fee includes participation to all presentations and exhibition, conference material, refreshments during the coffee breaks and lunches on both seminar days, and the evening program (reception, cocktails, and buffet).

Please note, that if the cancellation is made latest on February 22nd the cancellation fee is 50% of the conference fee. After that the full the conference fee will be charged, as in cases of a 'no-show' without cancellation.
