The goods volume in domestic waterborne traffic totalled 0,5 million tonnes in March 2022. Transport in domestic waterborne traffic decreased by 5 per cent compared to March 2021. In March 2022 domestic water transport took place only in coastal waterways. These figures are preliminary data from Statistics Finlands statistics on domestic waterborne traffic.

Oil products were transported most in domestic waterborne traffic in March
Oil products were transported most, in total 316,622 tonnes, which was 70 per cent of all transport. The second most transported was crude minerals and cement, 27,454 tonnes.
