Prices of old one-dwelling houses fell in October to December 2022

According to Statistics Finland, prices of old single-family houses fell by 3,7 per cent in the last quarter of 2022 compared to the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Compared to the previous quarter, prices of old single-family houses decreased by 4,8 per cent. In October to December 2022, around 32 per cent fewer transactions of old single-family houses were made than in the corresponding period one year earlier.
