The statistics on wood pellets include information about the production of wood pellets, foreign trade (exports and imports), and deliveries based on domestic pellet production. Information about wood pellet production and deliveries is collected directly from pellet producers. Information about imports and exports is obtained from the international trade statistics of Finnish Customs. The information is published once a year.
