Building costs grew by 0.2 per cent year-on-year in April
According to Statistics Finland, building costs were 0.2 per cent higher in April 2014 than in April of the previous year. The prices of labour inputs in construction remained unchanged, the prices of materials went down by 0.1 per cent, and those of other inputs went up by 1.8 per cent from one year ago.
Building cost index 2010=100

From March to April, the total index of building costs fell by 0.4 per cent. The prices of labour also fell by 0.4 per cent, the prices of materials by 0.6 per cent and those of other inputs by 0.1 per cent.
