Description

The annual slaughterhouse statistics illustrate the development of beef, pork, mutton, goat meat, horse meat and poultry meat production, as well as of meat producer prices. The data for the statistics are based on information collected monthly from slaughterhouses through statistical forms and the Bovine Register.
