According to Statistics Finland's preliminary data, Finland's population was 5,608,218 at the end of February 2024. Our country's population increased by 3,660 persons during January-February. The reason for the increase was migration gain from abroad, since immigration exceeded emigration by 6,254. The number of births was 3,031 lower than that of deaths.
