Statistics on insurance activities describe balance sheet and profit and loss account data of non-life, life and pension insurance companies as well as class of insurance specific data and data related to the insurance portfolio. The data are obtained with data collections and published once a year.

Starting from autumn 2022, the data of the statistics on insurance activities will be published as part of the structural business and financial statement statistics. The publication of the statistics on insurance activities will be discontinued: the last release of the statistics was on 28 October 2021.
