Revisions to the sampling and methodology of statistics on renovations of construction enterprises
Starting from statistical reference year 2009, statistics on renovations of construction enterprises will be compiled from data on a stratified sample of enterprises with more than 10 employees rather than from total data on enterprises with over 20 employees. At the same time the estimation method has been changed. The consequence from these revisions is that the data concerning statistical reference year 2009 are not comparable with data on earlier years. However, the basis of the data for the statistics has widened and the response burden decreased.
