Producentpriserna för industrin steg med 7,3 procent på årsnivå
Enligt Statistikcentralen steg producentpriserna för industrin med i genomsnitt 7,3 procent från april 2010 till april 2011. Producentpriserna på industriprodukter som såldes på hemmamarknaden steg med 7,8 procent, medan producentpriserna inom exportindustrin steg med 6,7 procent.

Exportprisindexet steg med 7,1 procent på årsnivå och importprisindexet med 9,6 procent. Basprisindexet för hemmamarknadsvaror steg med 8,2 procent och partiprisindexet med 10,6 procent.
Ökningen av producentpriserna för industrin påverkades speciellt av att oljeprodukter, järn och stål, kemikalier samt massa blev dyrare jämfört med april året innan. Prisstegringen dämpades särskilt av att elektroniska produkter blev billigare.
Producentpriserna för industrin steg från mars till april med 0,1 procent. Stegringen berodde främst på att oljeprodukter och kemikalier blev dyrare.
