Omsättningen inom handeln beskriver utvecklingen av handelsföretagens omsättning. I omsättningen ingår inte moms. Dessutom produceras ifråga om handeln ett volymindex för försäljningen, där prisernas inverkan har eliminerats. Uppgifterna baserar sig på Skatteförvaltningens uppgifter och en försäljningsenkät. Uppgifterna offentliggörs månatligen.

I volymindexet för omsättningen inom handeln har en uppdaterad deflator tagits i bruk i samband med offentliggörandet i februari 2023.
