Description

The statistics on bonds contain annual and monthly data on the numbers, issues, amortisation and stocks of euro-denominated bonds by issuer sector.

Data content

Data on the issues, amortisation and stocks of euro-denominated bonds as time series by type of bond and issuing sector. Numbers of new and issued bonds by type of bond, emissions and amortisation of bonds per month by issuing sector, stocks of issued bonds at the end of month/year by type of bond and issuing sector. Emissions, amortisation and stock of bonds issued by enterprises by industry.

Basic data on individual units must be kept undisclosed.

Classifications used

Classification of Sectors and Standard Industrial Classification.

Data collection methods and data sources

Issuance and amortisation plans of bonds in accordance with the Financial Supervision’s Register of Bonds.

Updating frequency

Monthly.

Time of completion or release

Monthly at mid-month. Annual summary in April.
