Key points

Housing companies' maintenance costs went up by 5.6 per cent.
Heating costs rose most among maintenance costs, which were exceptionally low in the previous year.
The repair costs of housing companies diminished by 6.5 per cent.
Housing companies' maintenance charges rose by 2.2 per cent.
