Prices of dwellings in housing companies almost unchanged in August

According to Statistics Finlands preliminary data, prices of old dwellings in blocks of flats and terraced houses were almost unchanged in the whole country in August compared with the previous month. In Greater Helsinki, prices went up by 0.2 per cent, but in the rest of Finland they went down by 0.4 per cent. Compared with August year before, prices increased by 0.8 per cent in the whole country. In Greater Helsinki prices went up by 2.5 per cent, whereas in the rest of Finland they fell by 0.4 per cent.
