| Description: | The farm structure statistics provide an overall view of the farm, ownership and production structures of the Finnish agriculture as well as of the number and age distribution of farmers. The statistics contain data on the number of farms, land use, average arable land area, production sector and the number and age distribution of farmers. The source of the statistics is the Farm Register, for which data is collected annually from all farms engaged in agricultural production in Finland.
