| Description: | Regional economic agricultural accounts statistics are a tool for examining agriculture in different areas of Finland for the purpose of an exhaustive analysis of the agricultural production process. The statistics describe the structures of agricultural production, production inputs and investments by major region and region. The data of these statistics are more detailed than other agricultural and regional statistics, or complementary to them. The statistics utilise national accounts concepts, adapted to the special nature of agricultural activity. The data are comparable with those of other EU countries because these statistics are produced annually in all EU Member States using the same methods and classifications. The data are available by major region since 1995 and by region since 2005.
