Net Price Index change on one year 3.9 per cent in November
Year-on-year change in the Net Price Index was 3.9 per cent in November. In October it was 4.8 per cent. The CPI change on one year was 3.6 per cent in November. The Net Price Index measures inflation from which the effect of taxes and subsidies has been eliminated.
