Value of renovation projects carried out by construction enterprises was EUR 11.7 billion in 2022

According to Statistics Finland, the value of building projects was EUR 28.1 billion in construction enterprises with at least five employees in 2022. Of the projects, EUR 11.7 billion were directed at renovation building and EUR 16.4 billion at newbuilding. From 2021, the value of renovation building rose by around 19 per cent and the value of newbuilding by around 18 per cent.
