release | Producer price indices for services 2023According to Statistics Finland, producer prices for services in total (BtoAll) increased by an average of 3.3 per cent from 2022 to 2023. Prices of services for other enterprises and for the public sector (BtoB) increased by 3.0 per cent and prices of services for households (BtoC) by 4.4 per cent.

- From 2022 to 2023, the rise in producer price indices for services in total (BtoAll) was particularly caused by higher prices of food and beverage serving services, rental and operating services of real estate, and human health services.
- The increase in BtoAll prices was curbed especially by lower prices of management consulting services, sea and coastal freight water transport services, and other transportation support services compared to 2022.
- The rise in BtoB prices was particularly caused by higher prices of rental and operating services of real estate, computer programming, consultancy and related services, and human health services compared to 2022.
- The rise in BtoC prices was particularly caused by higher prices of food and beverage serving services, human health services, and rental and operating services of real estate compared to 2022.
