The trend indicator of renovation building is a new set of statistics that is published for the first time on 9 March 2023. The statistics are published quarterly and the base year is 2021=100.
Read more about the changeAccording to Statistics Finland, the value of renovation building made by building construction enterprises rose by 3.1 per cent in the last quarter of 2022 compared to one year ago. The growth in renovation building was strongest in the first quarter of the year, but there has been growth in every quarter of the year.
