According to Statistics Finland, the number of household-dwelling units of people aged under 30 decreased in October to December 2023 compared to the previous quarter. In other age groups, the numbers of household-dwelling units increased.

  • The number of household-dwelling units living in blocks of flats went up by 4,000.
  • The number of persons living alone grew by 2,000.
  • In all, the number of household-dwelling units increased by 3,700 from the previous quarter.
