Technical classification change in releases of producer price indices for services
Date of change:Statistics Finland's common classification versions were adopted in the releases of producer price indices for services. This is a technical change and the content of the classifications has not changed.
Transfer to the standard classification is visible as a systematic difference in the codes of the Standard Industrial Classification TOL 2008 used in the base years 2010=100 and 2005=100:
- After the name of the top hierarchy level, the second hierarchy level codes belonging under it were added. For example, code H Transportation and storage is now H Transportation and storage (49-53).
The change will be valid starting from the 2nd quarter release on 25 July 2022.
