Data on pre-primary education provided in connection with early childhood education and care in Åland are not included in all database tables of the statistics on students and qualifications that contain data on the number of students on all levels of education. The total number of students in 2022 is 1,397,733. Database tables 11c3 and 12dc (number of students 1,397,733) contain 341 pupils in pre-primary education provided in connection with early childhood education and care in Åland.
The number of students is lower in database tables 11c4, 11c5, 13sn, 13sp and 14fd (number of students 1,397,392) because the above-mentioned pupils in pre-primary education in Åland are missing from them. The differences are caused by some of the tables being produced from organiser level data and some from individual level data.
The figures for those having completed comprehensive education do not include data on Åland from 2020 onwards.
The data for 2022 do not include data on comprehensive education in the International School of Helsinki.
