Description of the correction
Database table 13ms of the statistics on prices of dwellings in housing companies was corrected as concerns prices per square metre. Due to a human error in the processing of the data, observations with missing prices were included in the calculation of prices per square metre.
The error had an effect on some of the data to be revised, for example, the price per square metre for Espoo in January 2023 was erroneously EUR 3,659, while the correct price per square metre was EUR 3,904. The data have been correct in the data released before 28 March 2024.
