Collection of financial data from wellbeing services counties

The data collection collects quarterly data from the income statements, cash flow statements and balance sheets of wellbeing services counties and joint county authorities for wellbeing services. The quarterly profit and loss accounts and financial statements data are collected as cumulative figures for the period from the beginning of the year to the end of each quarter and the cumulative balance sheet data according to the last day of each quarter. The data for the last quarter thus describe the financial statement estimate for the whole year. In addition, the actual financial statement data concerning the whole year are collected.

The data are used for compiling national accounts, which is based on Regulation (EU) No 549/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council (ESA 2010 Regulation).
