Description

The annual statistics on total meat production illustrate the slaughter quantities of beef, pork, mutton, poultry and horse meat at slaughterhouses and on farms. The data presented in the statistics are based on data collected monthly from slaughterhouses, the farm survey and the Bovine Register.
