Output of the national economy contracted in November 2023 year-on-year

According to Statistics Finland, output adjusted for working days decreased in November 2023 by 0.7 per cent from one year ago. Seasonally adjusted output grew by 0.2 per cent in November from the month before. According to revised data, working day adjusted output decreased in October 2023 by 1.4 per cent (previously decreased by 0.8%) from October 2022. Working day adjusted primary production diminished by around one per cent. Secondary production decreased by one per cent and services by around one per cent from November 2022.
